National Security and Defence has decided to launch a large-scale terrorist operation involving the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We’ll repeat of the Crimean scenario in Eastern Ukraine.
For those who did not shoot our security forces, who lay down their arms and leave enthusiastic administrative offices until Monday morning, I signed into decree gave guarantees of non-use against them the appropriate punishment for the committed action.
We are ready to consider significant empowerment of regions and the wider local government reform and renewal for local governments.
But anyone who is in support of aggressors and occupiers is an armed struggle against our country will not escape punishment and responsibility.
I appeal to all countrymen in the East of our country – do not be cynical and tools in a foreign war against their own country. Do not support those who want to destroy the peace and tranquility and pushes your region into the abyss of economic disaster, the abyss of civil conflict.
I appeal to those who want to protect Ukraine: is the main thing – not to destabilize the country, not play along with the enemy and his agents, whose purpose – to disrupt the election, to overthrow the power to create a situation of chaos and out of control.
